Joel has been serving most of my financial planning needs near the start of his career. He ensured that I am adequately covered with insurance to protect myself and my family and he has also helped to acquire suitable investment plans to prepare for the upcoming stages of my life.

I recall a discussion we had which cemented my belief that Joel is incredibly trustworthy. I already had an insurance plan at the time when we just met. Upon review, Joel presented the numbers and actually told me to hold on to my plan which was better, even though it meant he would not close a sale.

Another incident which bolstered my trust in him was when I had to go to the hospital A&E due to an injury. Throughout the ordeal, even though he wasn't physically there, Joel was very responsive to calls and messages and he ensured that I got all the necessary documents prepared for an insurance claim and he got the claim processed very quickly.

I met Joel through an associate by chance, just at the moment I suffered a minor sports injury. He asked me about my injuries and whether I have seen a doctor, which I was hesitant as the injuries were not that serious. He then asked whether I have gotten a personal accident plan to which I told him yes, from a general insurer. On the spot he looked up online for the policy terms and gave me advice on my claim limits based on how much I was paying. He then also mentioned that he could offer a plan that is better-priced and offer more benefits with higher claim limits, but to get it only after I claimed for my current injury.
