Ng Eng Beow

Eng Beow (aka. EB) is the epitome of what I'd call a true servant leader. One that focus on heart count and not just head count, he is a leader who will take the effort to understand me as myself and not as somebody I ought to be. I have known him as a great friend for the past 20 years (wow!) since both Uni and Army days, he is prudent, honest and upright. At the same time, he is my mentor, my encourager and my source of validation whenever I have doubts about my ability or creative ideas.

EB strikes a great balance in leading our agency and he is our Chief Happiness Officer. Fun is his top most value! Many leaders are great in supervising, managing and directing. But the one value that I benefited most from him is he walks the talk and makes learning fun.

Yet at the same time, if the need arise, he will volunteer to be the first one to sail through the unchartered waters and brave the storms before any of us follow suit. With his guidance and commitment to our success, my confidence, performance and most importantly, passion in this business have increased tremendously.

I got to know Eng Beow back in 2014 during the international convention.

It was a simple chat with him and I started to respect this gentleman because of his knowledge and how he carries himself.
