I got to know Brittany through my mom as I was looking for ways to invest my savings and my mom found out. She recommended me to talk to Brittany and we had a talk about the insurance savings plans which allowed me to have an insurance plan that covers my health and to also help me accumulate my savings to earn more.

She is very knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to clarify any doubts or questions that I may have regarding certain policies. She has been very kind and helpful to my mother and I which I am very grateful for.

The animal that I would use to describe Brittany would be an owl. She is wise and has much to share with regards to her experience. I feel this way because during our first meeting, she took the time to share about the various insurance plans to me as I was knew nothing regarding this.

She also shared about her life experience, telling me about how she studied engineering but eventually took on the job of becoming a financial consultant. As I was going to be enrolled into a similar university course, she shared with me the struggles of starting out in this industry and she shared about tips on how to do well as a financial consultant if I ever decide to become one.

I would say the most memorable thing that Brittany has done for me is to be a good friend for my mom. My mom is a single parent and she does her best to take care of our family. The fact that Brittany is a good friend to my mom by not only helping her regarding her policies and plans, but also caring for my mom by occasionally meeting up with her and bringing her gifts makes me very happy and grateful. I am very thankful for Brittany's support to my mother and I.

I met Brittany during the pandemic after taking a Manulife survey online. I didn’t know anything about insurance and was not keen on getting any.

Our first meet up, she didn’t sell me anything instead explain what’s was purpose of insurance and how I can protect myself. I was happy to just listen cause again I didn’t know much about purchasing insurance plan so I told her that I wanted to think about it, which she understood that I was not ready at that time.

Most time this well be the end, but a year later Brittany contacted me again. After the first meeting I was happy to meet up again. She’s not pushy but I have high respect that she looked for me even after one year. She’s person you can put your trust in and shows great amount of patience.
